Returns

You can return any product within 30 days of receiving it. The product(s) must be unused and in its original packaging to receive a refund. Please contact us by email at ask@penofmercy.com within 30 days of receiving the order if you are unsatisfied with it and we will be happy to provide you return instructions.

You will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item. 

Once a refund is approved, it is issued as soon as we receive your returned items. After the refund is processed in our system, expect the refund to arrive in your original payment method account within 3-7 business days.
