Each November Pen of Mercy distributes sets of one each sweater/jacket, winter cap and a warm scarf to impoverished men and male youths in the northern mountainous region of Pakistan. We also distribute warm woolen "chaddars" which are the local large scarves that men wear in that part of the world.

We give these warm clothes with the hope that when these men go out to work it'll keep them warm in the bitter cold weather of the region they live in.
